Man Found Shot to Death along Columbia Road

(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C.– Columbia Police are looking for a suspected gunman accused of opening fire on a 48 year man and leaving him for dead. According to authorities, a passerby spotted the victim’s lifeless body lying in the street just before 4 Sunday morning and managed to flagged down an on duty officer. Police say once they arrived on scene, the victim who was already deceased appeared to have multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. This incident remains under investigation.
