Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – A man is behind bars, accused of performing a sex act on himself in public. Officers say a 21-year-old woman spotted Rasheed Jones in his car Monday afternoon in Downtown Columbia along College Street. She reported the incident to police, and Jones was later charged with indecent exposure.
