Mayor Steve Benjamin To Talk Crime

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Columbia City Mayor Steve Benjamin will address the recent crime activity in Five Points. The Mayor will hold a news conference Thursday afternoon in front of the fountain in Five Points. This past weekend, Columbia Police said two men were assaulted while on Harden Street. Authorities said one of the men suffered a broken arm. On Tuesday, members of the Five Points Association met with police to discuss ways to combat crime.
