Viva La Vista celebrating Vista vendors

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — The annual Viva La Vista festival is underway in downtown Columbia. This is the fifth year the Congaree Vista Guild has hosted the free event. The program was created to celebrate the vendors of the Vista and provide entertainment and samples to visitors during the program. The event is slated to last until 7 p.m. Saturday.
