Vehicle of Interest Sought in Hit-and-Run

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol says it has an idea of the car involved in a hit-and-run near Orangeburg. A pedestrian was struck Thursday night on US 21 near US 301.
