Columbia to Install New Bike Corrals

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — The City of Columbia plans to install four new bike corrals in downtown. Officials plan to hold a press conference on Wednesday. The bike corrals will be installed along Saluda Avenue in Five Points, Main Street, and two locations on Lincoln Street, in front of Starbucks and across from World of Beer. The corrals will offer on-street parking for up to 10 bicycles. City officials say the bike corral initiative is a project of the City and the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
