Midlands Student to Be Laid to Rest

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Remembering the life of a Midlands student, a Homegoing service will be held Tuesday afternoon starting at 3 in Bostick Tompkins Funeral Home for seven-year-old Joshua Brown. His funeral will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Columbia Police say a car hit Joshua near Watkins Nance Elementary School last week. No charges have been filed against the driver. The accident remains under investigation.
