On Duty Columbia Police Officer Arrested

Columbia, SC (WOLO)– A Columbia Police officer finds himself on the wrong side of the law. Investigators say Harold Caldwell was arrested Friday morning and is accused of being under the influence of alcohol while on duty and operating a patrol car. According to police, Caldwell responded to Hampton Hill condominiums Friday morning and struck a fence and a wooden sign.
