Two Fires at SC Department of Corrections Investigated
(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C.,– Fire officials say the first fire broke out in a barn that houses farm equipment just after 7 Sunday evening, Once on the scene, they discovered a second fire a short time later in a one story office both at 4330 Broad River Road. Fire officials are still trying to determine if the fires were accidental and how two of them started within such a close proximity to one another. Crews worked to for more than a hour to put out the two blazes. No word on a damage estimate, but officials have confirmed that no one was injured in either fire. Source: Columbia Fire Department
