SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO) – An alleged gunman turns himself in to police nearly three hours after a shooting in Sumter. Officers say Kelvin Kennedy got into a fight with Mickey Ross Thursday morning at a home in the 200 block of Brooklyn Street.
