Man Arrested in Hotel Parking Lot Shooting
LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department makes an arrest following a double shooting in an Irmo hotel parking lot. Deputies say Kenneth Toland drove to Country Town Suites on Piney Grove Road Thursday night to meet with three men. They apparently got into a fight, and it prompted the shooting of 18-year-old Denzell Labrew and 24-year-old Hakiim Pope Junior. They both received gunshot wounds to their upper torsos and were taken to the hospital for treatment. The third man they were with walked away unharmed.
