Man Arrested for Having Sex with 12-Year-Old
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – A man is accused of having sex with a 12-year-old girl and spending the night with her inside his car. Columbia Police say they found the two, partially clothed, behind a vacant home on Columbia Avenue Monday morning. The victim claims she asked Kevin Alvarez for a ride because she knew him.
