Carolina Panthers Plan to Upgrade Stadium

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP)– The Carolina Panthers are giving details of how they would spend the funds they’ve requested to upgrade Bank of America Stadium. The team’s top four priorities are installing new escalators to carry fans to the upper level, video and ribbon boards and sound system, technology upgrades and improving the stadium’s infrastructure.
