Saint Maarten Trial Day Two

(WOLO) Columbia, SC- It’s day-two in the murder trial of a South Carolina couple, killed in their Saint Maarten vacation home. A lawyer for one of the defendants has urged a judge to convict him of a lesser crime than premeditated murder. She says that the main suspect did not plan to kill michael and thelma king and argued he should be charged with manslaughter instead.
