Tropical Storm Andrea Update

MIAMI (AP) – Forecasters say Tropical Storm Andrea is weakening slowly as it crosses over Florida toward Georgia and the Carolinas. The National Hurricane Center says its winds had dropped off to 45 mph. at 11 p.m. EDT Its center was about 40 miles west of Jacksonville and moving northeast at 15 mph. Heavy rains continue well away from the storm’s center.
