Fatal wreck slows traffic on I-20

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A fatal wreck caused some major delays on I-20 Saturday afternoon. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported to Mile Marker 39 on the westbound lanes of I-20 in Lexington County late Saturday afternoon. They are reporting that this was a deadly crash. Traffic was delayed into the early evening hours. Officers are still reporting slow-moving traffic and are re-routing drivers through US 178, which is exit 39.
