Richland Co. Deputies Investigating Shooting

Columbia, SC (WOLO)– Richland Co. deputies say a man is in serious condition after being shot in the upper body. Investigators say they found the victim at the intersection of Montgomery Rd. and Pincushion Rd. around 8:30 Tuesday morning.
