Gamecocks Down 17-7 To Vols At Half

(WOLO) — The #11 Gamecocks are on upset alert in Knoxville.  Tennessee leads 17-7 at halftime.  Carolina’s only score came on a 76-yard touchdown pass from Connor Shaw to Damiere Byrd on the first play of the 2nd quarter.  It was the longest pass play of the season for USC.

Jadeveon Clowney had three tackles for loss in the first 8 minutes of the game to match his entire season total coming into the Tennessee game.
