Gunshot Victim is 1st Rock Hill Homicide in 2013

   ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) _ Investigators say a 34-year-old man has been shot to death in Rock Hill.
 
   Police said officers responding to a shooting call around 8:15 p.m. Thursday found Johnny Ellison shot in the head. He died a short time later at a hospital.
 
   Authorities say 32-year-old David Williams and 29-year-old Jaris Williams were arrested a short time later. They have been charged with murder, criminal conspiracy and possession of a firearm during commission of a violent crime.
 
   They remain in jail, and it wasn’t known if either man had an attorney.
