Help Catch An Armed Robber In Orangeburg County

Orangeburg County (Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office)-Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell has released the picture of an armed robbery suspect from Sunday, October 6. The Sheriff says Video surveillance images captured a male that is believed to have robbed an 18-year-old male of his cash, debit card, and cell phone.  He says the male was walking back to his residence from a convenience store when he was physically attacked with a knife by the suspect in the surveillance image. Anyone with information concerning the suspect’s identity and whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 803-534-3550 or CrimeStoppers at 888-CRIME-SC. The victim’s injuries are not life threatening.
