Postal Worker Arrest

Columbia, SC (Richland County Sheriffs Department)-A local post office employee is arrested while on the job.  Richard Houghtallen was charged with breach of trust.  Richland County Deputies say he intercepted counterfeit currency that was being mailed by local banks to the U-S Secret Service.  A search of Houghtallen’s home yielded more than 10-thousand dollars in fake cash.
