Reports: Ellington Returns To Practice

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — According to reports, Gamecock wide receiver Bruce Ellington has returned to practice.

South Carolina’s leading receiver has missed the past two weeks with a pulled hamstring.

Ellington took to his Twitter account Saturday and posted what appeared to be a comment about his return saying, “One day at a time.”

Head coach Steve Spurrier seemed confident Ellington would be ready for the UNC game during his call-in show Thursday.

He said decisions on whether or not Ellington would be able to play in the game, would depend on how he looks in warm-ups.

Spurrier will hold his first weekly press conference tomorrow at 1 p.m.
