VIDEO: Clowney Talks Stomach Virus, Conditioning

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Gamecock star defensive end Jadeveon Clowney said he had a stomach virus the night before South Carolina’s season opener against UNC.
Clowney drew criticism for his sluggish performance in the game with the Tar Heels but said it was due to UNC’s fast tempo offense and the fact he was only able to eat a banana and a few grapes before he played.
