City of Columbia hosting free financial seminar

On Monday, the city’s Community Development Department is putting on a free financial seminar. Other topics including budgeting, types of loans, repairing bad credit and how to recognize credit scams. Anyone who is interested in attending should call city officials at 803-545-3373.
