Hit And Run In Sumter

Sumter, SC (The Sumter Police Department)-The Sumter Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run tonight that left a 62-year-old woman dead.  The incident happened around 8:30 on Warren street…near Main street.  Officers say they’re looking for a dark-colored, mid-size car that may have front-end damage.  If you have any information concerning the accident, you’re asked to call Crimestoppers at one-triple-eight-crime-s-c.
