Search for Shooting Suspects

(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C., — Richland county sheriff’s deputies say they’re looking for 4 suspects wanted in connection to a late night shooting. Authorities say the incident happened around 10 friday night in the 26 hundred block of Seminole drive. According to officials, as the victim was driving toward Broad River Road, he came into contact with the occupants of another car. Deputies did not give details as to what led to shots being fired, but say the the victim was struck in the lower body before witnesses claim 4 suspects returned to their car and fled the area. The victim was transported to an area hospital with injuries authorities say do not appear to be life threatening. No description has been given for a suspect vehicle at this time.
