Attorney to Enter Stand Your Ground Defense for Stabbing Suspect

W. Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– An attorney representing the teen accused in the murder of a Dutch Fork student will enter a Stand Your Ground defense on behalf of his client. Kieren Dennis is accused in the stabbing death of Davon Capers at a West Columbia restaurant earlier this month. Dennis’s attorney, Todd Rutherford, claims Capers was attempting to force his way into his client’s car when the stabbing took place.
