Man Accused of Kidnapping
(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C., — Richland County Deputies have arrested a man accused of holding his 8 month pregnant girlfriend and her two children against their will. Deputies say the incident happened in the 13 hundred block of Wash Lever road just after 10 saturday night. Sheriff’s say there were reports of shots fired and when they arrived authorities say they witnessed the suspect – 33 year old Josue Balu assaulting the pregnant victim. Police entered the home and took Balu into custody without incident no injuries were reported. (Source: Richland County Sheriff’s Department)
