US Representative Joe Wilson On VA

(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C., — US Representative Joe Wilson firing off some strong remarks for the Commander in Chief wednesday night. Calling the presidents comments during an afternoon news conference quote “disingenuous.” The President addressed those concerns saying quote: ” if these allegations prove to be true, they are dishonorable. it is disgraceful and i will not tolerate it.” Wilson however, says it’s too little too late. Going even further calling the delayed response to the dozens of Veterans who reportedly died while waiting for care and allegations of manipulation of appointments an insult to military families. But not on the part of the U.S. Secretary of Veteran Affairs – General Eric Shinseki – but instead wilson claiming it falls on the shoulders of the president himself. “We’ve known these problems and have been reporting them for over 2 years. the president even made a campaign speech in 2008 saying there were problems. He spoke on this issue 6 years ago and he failed to take any action. ” President Obama clearly ready to take action now in order to get to the bottom of the growing v-a scandal, saying if the allegations are true there will be accountability.”
