Apartment Shooting Suspect Surrenders

Richland County, SC (WOLO)- A suspect in a Sunday morning shooting* has turned himself in. Richland county deputies say Channen Ricks is charged with murder. investigators say ricks was in a fight with two men at an apartment on universal drive at five-thirty Sunday morning. According to deputies…the men were running away from the apartment when ricks shot one of them several times.
