Attempted Assault Suspect Still On The Loose

Richland County, SC (WOLO)- A suspect wanted in an attempted sexual assault in Richland County, is still on the loose tonight. just after nine last night, investigators say a woman was walking her dog on Windsor Lake Boulevard, when a man jumped out from in between two cars and attacked her. Deputies say she fought her attacker, and when a passerby saw what was going on, the suspect ran away. He is described as black male, somewhere between 16 and 18 years old, about five foot five inches. Deputies say he was wearing dark pants and jacket, with a green and white striped polo shirt.
