Sumter, SC (WOLO)-Sumter authorities remain on the lookout for 17-year-old Dominik Dingle… seen in this surveillance video firing off shots at a passing s-u-v. The shooting happened Saturday evening on King Street. Call Crimestoppers if you know of Dingle’s whereabouts.
