Students look to improve local living conditions

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The Capital City is welcoming more than 100 students from across the country. They will be spending the week working on a “World Changers” project. The group tries to improve living conditions. Some of the assignments that the students will be tackling include painting and putting siding on homes. By the way, they paid their own way here, and it costs each student about $250 to participate.
