COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Chapin once again played host to a “Who’s who in South Carolina politics.” “This is another day for the job application. The Labor Day parade is a great way to be honor our sense of community and what we value,” says Stephanie Huckabee, Chapin resident.
