Kershaw Co. Councilman Arrested in Clarendon Co.
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Kershaw County Councilman, Sammie Tucker, Junior was arrested in Clarendon County on theft charges. According to Clarendon authorities, Tucker took a truck and trailer, along with a title, from a Kershaw County business and sold them to a business in the Turbeville area of Clarendon County. Clarendon authorities say they were notified by Kershaw authorities after the truck and trailer were reported missing. Because the actual sale allegedly took place in Clarendon county, Tucker was arrested and jailed there.
