Some SC State students file lawsuit

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – Some current and former students at South Carolina State University are taking legal action. We have received a copy of a lawsuit that they filed against the State of South Carolina and the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education. An attorney for the group says the students are upset about the current state of enrollment at the school along with diversity. We plan to hear more about it Tuesday. A news conference is scheduled for 11:30am along Russell Street in Orangeburg.
