Search for Owners of Abandoned Dog

(WOLO) LEXINGTON COUNTY,S.C., — Lexington County Sheriff’s are searching for a man and women they say abandoned an injured dog at a local animal shelter. Authorities say employees found a pit bull hiding in a dog house behind the Pets INC. facility along Orchard Drive. Deputies say the dog was taken to a veterinarian who determined injuries were too severe to save the animal. There is no description of the duo but at least one employees say they were seen leaving in a white suv.
