Historic Columbia Hosts Gardening Symposium

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Historic Columbia will host the 2015 Gardening Symposium starting today. The event will host gardeners and horticulturists. The event kicks at 6:00 p.m. off with the keynote presentation, “Exploring our Gardening Heritage” with horticulturalist Dr. William C. Welch. On Saturday, April 25 there will be a series of workshops about hands-on approaches to gardening. It is at the Robert Mills Carriage House. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. Tickets are $40 and $65 dollars for HC members and $45 and $75 for non-members.
