Camden Police Officer Charged with Child Neglect

Camden, S.C. (WOLO)–A Camden police officer is facing a charge after allegedly striking a 4 year old with his hands and a belt. According to State Law Enforcement Division investigators on may third Roger Burris struck his son multiple times within a two hour period. Investigators say bruises were visible on the child’s hips and buttocks.
