Endangered Person Advisory

CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is asking for your help to find an endangered person. Joseph Kelly Heath was last seen Thursday around noon traveling from Jonesville to his home in Chester, SC. He is 70 years old. He weighs between 225 and 230 pounds and is six feet, four inches tall. He has short brown hair and wears wireframe glasses. He was last seen traveling in a 2007 charcoal gray Chevrolet Malibu. The tag number is VT19827 and there is a Marine Corp tag on the front of the car. Heath suffers from early stages of dementia and is a severe diabetic and is in need of insulin.
