Suspect Arrested in Deadly Hit and Run

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)– An arrest has been made in a deadly hit and run in Lexington County. Troopers with the Highway Patrol say Nicholas Shealy is charged with leaving the scene involving death and possession of marijuana. Investigators say around 5:30 Wednesday morning Shealy struck and killed motorcyclist John Seymour at the intersection of Barr Rd. and W. Main St. According to the Lexington Co. Coroner’s office, Seymour was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
