Officials to detail major contribution coming to SC State

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – South Carolina State University is getting ready to announce what officials are calling a “sizeable” contribution. A news conference is scheduled for noon at K.W. Green Student Center Plaza. ABC Columbia has a crew there and will bring you the latest details. The Greater Columbia Chapter of the South Carolina State University National Alumni Association will be in attendance with school officials. The university has been trying to advance its fundraising efforts because its currently millions of dollars in debt.
