Officials report death of pre-school student after bus accident

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – We’re learning about the death of a pre-school student in Aiken County after an accident involving a school bus. Greendale Elementary School posted the information on its web site Wednesday morning. Officials say the bus was transporting students when it collided with a semi. A second student and the bus driver are at the hospital with injuries. No word on their conditions. The school says it will have counselors available on site. The accident remains under investigation.
