Parts of Cayce Riverwalk off limits

CAYCE, S.C. (WOLO) – We’re waiting to hear if the weather had anything to do with the closure of parts of the Riverwalk in Cayce. City officials say Phase Three and Four are off limits because of fallen trees. They hope to have the area back up and running soon.
