Chapin lifts boil water advisory

CHAPIN, S.C. (WOLO) – The Town of Chapin says the water is safe for some customers to use again. It lifted a boil water advisory for customers along Wateroak Trail and Oak Tree Court in the Fairway Oaks subdivision Friday. Officials say it follows intense flushing of the distribution system and an okay after the collection of bacterial samples. The boil water advisory originally went into effect after a water main break.
