Search Continues for suspect in shooting of Four in Holly Hill

Holly Hill, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg Co. Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says two adults and two children found dead at a Holly Hill home this morning all died from gunshot wounds. Orangeburg Co. Coroner, Samuetta Marshall, identified the four deceased victims as 14 year old Alexia Perry, 17 year old Shameka Sanders, 28 year old Crystal Hutto and 50 year old Jerome Butler. Investigators say an 8 year-old child was injured in the incident and airlifted to a nearby hospital. Sheriff Ravenell says a green Mercedes associated with the home was found burned approximately 15 miles from the crime scene. According to the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office, they believe the two female children killed are 12 and 17 years old. An 8-year-old boy was airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Officials at the scene did not release the ages of the adult victims. The shooting happened on Old State Road west of Holly Hill around 7 a.m. Officials are looking for a green 1990s Mercedes that may have been stolen from the scene.
