Welch to Attend Two USC Basketball Camps

COLUMBIA, S.C. (USC SID) — University of South Carolina women‘s basketball head coach Dawn Staley announces the addition of two camps featuring former Gamecock Aleighsa Welch. One camp will be held in Columbia, S.C., and is open to kids in first through fifth grades, while the other will be in Welch‘s hometown of Goose Creek, S.C., for sixth through 12th graders. The first camp will be a one-day session at Goose Creek High School, Welch‘s alma mater, on July 25. Camp will run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and cost $50. Each camper will get a t-shirt and must bring a nut-free lunch. The Columbia camp will be three days, July 28-30, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the University of South Carolina Practice Facility.
