COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — This summer feels weird for Marcus Lattimore. For the first time in 16 years, the man who scored the most touchdowns for the Gamecocks isn’t preparing for an upcoming football season. “I really don’t miss practice,” Lattimore said at a recent community event. “I miss the guys. I miss the locker room.” Lattimore is not missing out on his opportunity to connect with the Columbia community. His Marcus Lattimore Foundation has partnered with the Richland County Recreation Foundation for a Sunday Funday summer program promoting a healthy lifestyle. The final event of the summer is set for Sunday at Eastover Park. For more information call Lisa W. Lewis at (803) 865-0138.
