Shooting at Richland Terrace Apartments

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a shooting at Richland Terrace Apartments off Metze Road in Columbia Saturday night. Officials say they first learned about the incident from the victim, who they responded to at an area hospital. They say he says he was standing outside the complex, when a black man approached him, demanding money. They say he said he didn’t have any, and the man shot him in the lower body.
