Former Subway spokesperson expected to plead guilty

Indianapolis, IN (WRTV)–Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle is expected to enter a plea deal with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in connection to the July raid at his Zionsville home. Federal, state and local investigators — including the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force — descended on Fogle’s home in July. The terms of the deal have not been released, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office does not comment on ongoing investigations. Fogle could make an appearance in federal court as early as Wednesday morning. Sources familiar with the investigation said the raid was part of a continuing probe of the indictment and arrest of former Jared Foundation president Russell Taylor. Taylor lost his job after he was arrested in May. Investigators said they found hidden cameras and 400 videos of child pornography on computers in his home. Shortly after the raid, Subway suspended its relationship with Fogle.
